At Plum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your athletic gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our hassle-free process ensures you get back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
